Around 125 bikers rode with paralysed fundraiser Claire Lomas on Sunday to help raise £2,000 towards research into a cure for paralysis.
The posse set off from Eye Kettleby Lakes at 11am and snaked through roads in Melton and Rutland before finishing at Wistow Rural Centre.
Claire drove a special trike provided for the event by Cardiff-based The Trike Shop and was supported by sponsors including the NFU.
She said afterwards: “It was a huge success and I think it will be the first of what will become an annual event.
“It was lovely to have blue skies in June and the support was incredible.”
The proceeds will also be enhanced by an online auction which will start this evening (Monday) at www.claireschallenge.co.uk and which includes prizes ranging from £500 Robin Hood Harley Davidson vouchers and items donated by former world champion motorcycle ace Carl Fogarty and F1 television commentator Suzi Perry.
