A man has had his anti-social behaviour injunction amended to exclude him from an area of Syston.

Charnwood Council applied to Leicester Magistrates’ Court to amend the existing injunction against Nathan Wilson, of no fixed abode.

Wilson (28) was given a court order in March after several incidents of serious physical and verbal abuse to council tenants in the Russell Street area of Loughborough.

The injunction barred Wilson from Russell Street and on October 1, it was amended to include Oxford Street, Syston, following further reports of anti-social behaviour towards council tenants.

The injunction comes with a power of arrest meaning that if Wilson breaches the order, the police have the power to arrest him immediately as the court was satisfied he poses a significant risk of violence to residents.

Charnwood residents who think they’ve experienced or witnessed anti-social behaviour or a breach of a court order are asked to contact Charnwood Council’s anti-social behaviour team on (01509) 263151 or fill in the online reporting form at
