Children and parents had a cracking time at the Shout4Residents Christmas party held at the Edge in Melton on Sunday.
There were craft competitions, games, food, a raffle, Santa, and to finish there was some dancing and early-to-Melton snow for the children to play in.
John Bellamy, chairman of Shout4Residents (South Melton Residents’ Association), said: “I’d like to thank all of the Shout4Residents committee and the music man. Without their hard work the party could not have taken place.
“I’d also like to thank the local residents who made cakes and mince pies and, last but not least, all the sponsors. Without their help the party wouldn’t have been the great success it was. May we wish everyone a merry Christmas and a happy new year in 2016.”
