AWARD-winning Melton firm Hallmark Consumer Services has notched up another success.
It has been named runner-up for Service Excellence at the 2011 Midlands Family Business Awards held in Birmingham. It won the People Development category at the same awards last year.
Hallmark’s team, which fulfils web and telephone orders for a string of big name clients such as the Woodland Trust, Hornby Hobbies and Visa, was praised for its innovation and commitment.

Hallmark’s highest profile work is for BBC Children in Need sending out fundraising packs and the Countryfile calendar.
