Flower shop to open on Burton Street
A new flower shop on Burton Street is set to open its doors to the public for the first time on Saturday.
The Flower Basin - so named to mark its close proximity to the area’s former canal basin - will be run by Sallyanne Mousley who is also involved with the independent and family run business Shane Mousley & Son Independent Funeral Directors on Cranmere Road.
Two florists and an assistant have been taken on to help out at The Flower Basin.
Tea and coffee will also be available to people attending the shop’s big opening on Saturday from 9am. For more information call 07549 423195.
