Gyles Brandreth to present '˜Word Power' at Melton Theatre
Gyles Brandreth is taking his brand new show '˜Word Power!' out across the UK from April '“ an uproarious and hilarious magic carpet ride around the world of words and his beloved English Language.
Gyles is a word fanatic. Founder of the National Scrabble Championships and Presi dent of the Association of British Scrabble Players, Gyles has appeared on every wordbased radio and TV game show and is a regular visitor to Countdown’s ‘Dictionary Corner.’
He will be bringing his new show to Melton Theatre on July 18.
