New head chef is vital ingredient at Melton venue
Bosses at Ragdale Hall Spa has appointed Martin Carter as its new executive head chef.
Mr Carter was previously executive head chef for the luxury holiday provider Viking Cruises and has also had similar roles with resorts and hotel groups around the world.
He said: “Food has always been a great passion of mine.

“I’m absolutely delighted to join the team at Ragdale Hall where, having spent many years overseas experimenting with different flavours and cuisine, I hope to bring some of my experience to the menu.
Mr Carter added: “I have a great foundation from which to start and moving forward plan to build on the offering for guests by introducing new flavours, trends and creative techniques, and developing the team within.”
The team is responsible for delivering high-end cuisine to spa diners for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 365 days a year.
