Flower exhibition will be focal point of exciting bank holiday events at Great Dalby

The exhibition called ‘The Floral Year’ will be open to the public on Saturday, Sunday and Monday (August 27,28 and 29), from 10am to 6pm.

There will also be a village history display inside St Swithuns Church which is set to include pears, pepper and carrot family information and a few bunnies.

On Monday, a produce and craft show will be held in the village hall from 1pm and 4pm. Entry is £1 and children under 14 are free.

Refreshments will be served all weekend and profits from all the events will be donated to the village defibrillator fund.
