Sing songs from the past on Sundays at Melton Baptist Church
A warm welcome is extended to anyone who would like to attend Singalong on a Sunday at Melton Baptist Church.
Organiser Janet Gilchrist said: “Do you know someone who would value company? Are they familiar with the songs When You’re Smiling, Waiting at the Church and some old favourites such as The Carnival is Over? If the answer is yes, please come along this Sunday from 3pm.
“Singalong happens on the second Sunday of the month and lasts until about 4.30pm. We have an interval for tea and cake and there is no charge. We provide the words to the songs, but they probably won’t be needed, as once the music starts those memories will come flooding back.”
