The Waltham Charter Fair returns for another year next Saturday (September 17) at the Waltham Village Hall and Playing Fields.

The fair which is organised by local volunteers aims to provide a community event for all ages to attend and enjoy, while raising funds for local groups and charities.

Many regular attractions are back including live music and dancing from local bands and performers, fairground rides, classic cars and vintage tractors, dog shows and refreshments.

There will also be laser clay shooting, crazy golf, an obstacle course, mini quad bikes, a beer tent , a children’s entertainer and stalls.

The fair kicks off at 10.45am with an opening parade from the top of the village at Bescaby Lane.

Entry is £2.50 for adults with children and parking free.
