We Tried Kylie perform at the Twinlakes Xtreme Scream park event tonight. They're an 80s pop party genre band.

Benn Hartmann will be performing a solo set at the Noels Arms on Friday. Benn is a seasoned pro, playing for the likes of George Simpson, Calder Mclaughlin, Sarah Bird and has also released three solo albums.

The Genny B welcomes Abandon Her to the venue on Friday. The band have just finished recording their new EP and will play a mixture of unbeatable covers and originals.

Velocity step foot in the Genny B on Saturday. They’re a female fronted four piece classic rock band who will play hits from Sabbath’s “Paranoid” to Nena’s “99 Red Balloons.”

Slither are back at the Noels Arms on Saturday. They will play classic rock songs with a real passion. Kickstart your Rocktober at this gig!

The Carington Arms at Ashby Folville hosts Kev Black on Saturday. Kev will entertain with a wide selection of electro-acoustic music. He will play from a range of eras, with influences from soul, jazz and pop.

Saturday sees The Oak headline at The Grapes. The Oak are a Nottingham based classic rock covers band. They will play covers from Purple, Sabbath and Zeppelin to lesser known bands such as Robin Trower and Atomic Rooster.

Five piece swamp ‘n’ roll band Elvis Fontenot debut at the Noels Arms on Sunday. Catch their first visit to Melton and expect an infectious good time.

Tuesday sees Melton Folk Club gather in the Tiger Room at The Crown, a new venture for people of all ages and hosted by Adrian Kerr.
