Have fun at Tilton on the Hill's '˜Rave by the Grave' event and village fete
A festival of folk and popular music is taking place on Sunday to raise funds for St Peter's Church at Tilton on the Hill.
The ‘Rave by the Grave’ event starts at 12noon and includes an open mic in the church grounds and scarecrow festival. Following this will be an open mic in the Rose and Crown until 7pm.
From 11am to 4pm the village’s summer fete will also be held in and around the village hall. This will feature stalls, refreshments and other activities.
PCC fundraiser, Sandra Leeson, said: “Proceeds from all the events will go towards the running of the church (mainly insurance).”
