The Ladies’ Open race which follows will also showcase some of the best horses around including Palypso De Creek who defends an unbeaten run spanning two seasons.

In addition to an excellent day’s racing there will be a large number of trade stands, including food and drink, clothing, accessories, and even cars. There is a licensed bar as well as bookmakers and the Tote for those who wish to try their luck at picking a winner.

There will be live jazz throughout the afternoon, and in the evening popular local group Growling with the Badger will provide post-race entertainment.
