Holwell Sports Bowls Club brought its centenary season to a celebratory close with their annual presentation evening.
Club president Richard Batsford hosted the event and presented the prizes alongside competition secretary Anne Whittaker, while Sue Hall was master of ceremonies.
Among the prizewinners, Brian Rippin was voted the Players’ Player of the Year by the members present, and Alan Tipper who managed the bar and was active in assisting on the green was named Clubperson of the Year.
Club members completed their celebrations with music supplied by Generation Gap who donated their fee to the Leicestershire, Rutland and Derbyshire Air Ambulance.
