Melton Charity Cup holders Mowbray Rangers drawn against finalists

The draw has been made for this season's revamped Melton Charity Cup.

Six under 15s teams were drawn into two groups with the winners of each going through to the final.

Group A pits last season’s cup finalists Mowbray Rangers and Barrow Town alongside Oakham, while Sileby, Quorn and Asfordby FC will play each other in Group B.

Rangers lifted the cup in May by beating Barrow 3-0 in the final.

Organisers hope to launch the cup next month at Holwell Sports FC.
