Wyberton climbed to second in the Lincolnshire League with a convincing win at Market Rasen Town.
Rasen were hit for six by the title hopefuls as Lee Orrey grabbed a hat-trick.
The defeat was Town’s sixth consecutive defeat and the fourth time on the trot they have failed to score.
Curtis Revell, Scott Dawson and Ben Jaques were also on target for Wyberton as Rasen slipped to the bottom of the table.
Brigg Town Reserves’ improving fortunes continued as they edged out Lincoln Railway AFC to leapfrog their opponents into fifth place in the table.
Town’s second string extended their unbeaten run to five matches with the victory over a Lincoln side who went into the match with three straight wins.
Ben Brown took his league tally for the season to seven with one of the Brigg goals, while Ryan Thompson was also on target for the home side. An unfortunate own goal completed the Brigg scoring, while the league’s leading scorer Simon Mowbray grabbed a consolation for the Railmen.
Elsewhere, a Supplementary Cup point at CGB Humbertherm helped Ruston Sports qualify for the quarter-finals from Group B, while Hykeham Town’s Group D win at Sleaford Town Reserves knocked out the league leaders.
But the Group A clash between Cleethorpes Town DS and Skegness United was postponed because of a waterlogged pitch.
In the Lincolnshire FA Junior Cup, Skegness Town came out on top in the East Lindsey derby at home to Horncastle Town.
