SUNDAY, 1pm: Golfers at Stoke Rochford GC were kept busy over the festive period with a series of Christmas competitions.
The best performance over the competitions came from Martin Harvey (handicap 7) who was in the prizes three times.

Michael Bailey (handicap 15) and Andy Rudko (handicap 9) were close behind, in the prizes twice.

Results:–

Two from Three Team Stableford: 1 Craig Hallam, Paul Knapp, Martin Harvey 83pts; 2 Ernie Armstrong, Mark Johnson, David Wilkins 82; 3 Andy Rudko, Andy Thompson, Graham Tebbutt 80.

Individual Stableford: 1 Michael Bailey 43pts; 2 Paul Dexter 41ocb (back nine); 3 Martin Harvey.

Texas Scramble (teams of four): 1 Martin Harvey, Adi Ward, Steve Dawson, Pete Lewin (54-2.4=51.6) including 12 birdies and two eagles for 16 under par round; 2 Pam Watson, Nick Watson, Chris Jones, Tom Greenfield (60-4.2=55.8); 3 Jamie Collinson, Mick Bailey, Robin Harris, Will Harris (61-3.7=57.3).

Fourball Stableford: 1 Andy Watson/Richard Marshall 45pts ocb (back nine); 2 Tony Pole/Ian Turner; 3 Andy Rudko/Andy Edwards 44ocb (back nine).

Individual Bogey: 1 Phil Cartwright +4; 2 Peter Plummer +2ocb (last three); 3 Greg Ewart.
