The Melton fighter will go head-to-head with Chris Churcher, from Ely Thai, at King Edward VII School assembly hall on Saturday, February 27.
Instructor Mark Barlow expects a serious test. He said: "I've seen Churcher fight in Yarmouth before Chri
stmas. He is a good fighter and it will be a tough bout for Troy."
The Assassins will take on four Ely Thai opponents at the bill, all trained by former world champion Mark Weller whose son Branson will take on Assassin Elais Dexter.
Ely fighter Chase Sullivan faces Georgia Barwell who was awarded the best Assassin of the Night at last November's show.
She will face a much tougher task against a boy with more fight experience.
The final Ely fighter is up against Assassin Steve Coles who has found his training regime tough, especially the sparring with Assassin heavyweight Rayyan who is 10kg heavier.
Barlow added: "Steve needed hard, brutal sparring to get him ready. It was a gamble to do this because of the risk of injury.
"Both have been training hard and their sparring has been great with both lads knocking lumps out of each other."
Tickets are on sale from Nicko's Fish Bar, Exit Clothing, Melton RFC and any Assassin member.
