SUNDAY, 2pm: Division wooden spoonists Boat SS upset the form-book to oust Black Swan OBAFB from their section's knockout cup competition 6-5.
Grapes, too, defied their Melton Men's Darts League position to edge runners-up Welby C 6-5, Dean Chandler, Damon Cunningham and Nick Graham helping them to victory.

Boat P remain on course for the treble, Tim Graham, Clive Rodrigues, Keith Tombli
n and Don Povey inspiring a 6-3 success at Mash Tub Z, while Noel's X came through 6-4 against Welby XV, Jim Chapman, Phil James and Mark Hyde on form.

Division One basement side Harboro P reached the Michael Toon Cup semi-finals at the expense of Noel's GBH as Ian Widdowson and Dave Tocher set the stage for the hosts to take the last two triples legs to win 6-5.

Second-from-bottom WMC M also progressed, doubles and singles from Mark Mousley, Pete Adams and Miles Hewitt beating Mash Tub A 6-1.

Similar feats from Brian Hughes and Dean and Darren Tyler helped Black Swan X beat Harboro Lites 6-3.

And there was no stopping runaway division winners Black Swan Fossils as Pete Revell, Brian Barrow, Les Lovett and Kev Gibson booked their semi-final spot, runners-up Rutland X losing out 6-2.

Matt Kerr, Steve Strychar and Pat Lawrence inspired Rutland MPs' 6-1 win in the Division Two Cup, while Daz Mackie and Dans Tillson and Davies helped Genny B Tossers defeat Rutland Z 6-1.

Fox Z came through a difficult tie at Boat C, Gary Betts, Ron Webster, Alan Mattox and Steve Candy guiding them through 6-4.
