SATURDAY, 9am: Stilton Striders Vicki Lowe and Phil Douglas from the Stilton Striders hand over a cheque for £540 to the Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance.
They raised the money through sponsorship from this year's London Marathon which they ran together, finishing in 3hr 39mins.
*Stilton Striders ran from Bouverie Lodge Farm for their annual barbecue social out run.
The Striders set off through the countryside at Nether Broughton to see the bison roaming in the fields.
The run was followed by a fantastic barbecue PHOTO SUPPLIED
