A member of the housekeeping team has celebrated working 20 years at Ragdale Hall and she has never had a day off sick.
Wendy Moore, a service room attendant who lives in Melton, received a bonus and a meal for two in the hall’s dining room in recognition of her long service.
She said: “I work part-time so it’s quite easy for me to do all my hours, and working three days a week means I can fit in everything else I need to do around my job.
“It’s a good balance of having both a work focus and colleagues at Ragdale, and doing the other things I like to do in my own time with my other friends.”
Wendy (53) worked briefly at Ragdale during the 1970s before having her family.
She became a regular member of staff in 1995 and is now one of the team responsible for making sure everythingis ready for the guests’ breakfasts in the morning.”
