Melton Times letter: Macmillan thanks
The last couple of weeks have been very busy, starting with the World's Biggest Coffee Mornings which are raising fantastic amounts of money.
Money is still being paid in. Thanks go to all who organised or attended a coffee morning and to Richard Barnes (Funeral Directors) for sponsorship at a couple of these.
A collection was taken at Sainsbury’s which raised £1,519.83.

Hide AdThank you to all those people who generously dipped into their pockets and to the store for allowing us to collect on Friday and Saturday last week.
Also on Saturday the Melstrum Ukulele Orchestra entertained a full house at Nether Broughton Village Hall. This event raised over £600 and thanks go to Jackson Electrical for sponsorship. The people of Melton have been very generous in supporting Macmillan.
