A popular Melton gift shop is once again selling Cards for Good Causes which raises millions of pounds for charities every year.

This is the fourth year Foxy Lots, in King Street, has stocked the cards and other festive goods, including wrapping paper and Advent calendars as part of the national scheme.

Owner Kim Baker said: “It’s a great way to support charities at Christmas and with such a wonderful choice of cards and other Christmas goodies, there’s something to suit everyone.

“They’re selling quite quickly so pop in while we are still well stocked.”

Charities whose cards are on sale include Alzheimer’s Society, Macmillan Cancer Support, Parkinson’s, the Stroke Association, Cancer Research, Diabetes, Bloodwise, NSPCC, British Heart Foundation, Multiple Sclerosis and the RNLI.

Foxy Lots, which has just celebrated it’s fifth birthday, is open 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 10.30am to 3.30pm on Sundays.
