Woman, 63, freed by Melton firefighters following crash on the A6006 at Shoby
A woman was freed from a vehicle following a crash on the A6006 this afternoon (Friday).
Emergency services, including two crews from Melton Mowbray Fire Station, were called to Shoby just after noon, after receiving reports of a woman trapped in a vehicle.
It was a single vehicle collision and firefighters successfully freed the patient, a 63-year-old with a leg injury.
