Waltham dancers take part in Scottish festival for first time

Waltham Scottish Country Dance Group took part in the The Association Of Scottish Country Dance Societies Festival this year for the first time.

This year’s Festival was the 36th and is an opportunity for dancers from across the Midlands to meet, dance and demonstrate team solos to other dancers. Over 200 dancers took part and Waltham was one of only eight teams to perform a solo, The Saltire Medley, which can be viewed on YouTube at youtu.be/NyvV_-FNPV8.

The Group is always looking for new members. More details can be found on their website
