Babies lost through miscarriage, stillbirth or in infancy were remembered at two special events this week.
Couples, supported by their friends and families, planted bulbs and painted pebbles at the Baby Loss Memorial Garden in Melton Country Park on Sunday.
And then a Wave of Light service was held at St Mary’s Church, Melton, on Tuesday night.
The events were organised by bereavement charity Stephen’s Footprints which holds alternate daytime and evening meetings at the Samworth Centre.
Pictured ready with their bulbs are Douglas Reader, Karen Carragher and Amanda Frith.
