A group of I.T savvy pupils from John Ferneley College have become mentors at a village computer club.

The nine pupils, along with tutor Alison Dalby, attend Somerby Computer Matters Club on Tuesday mornings, from 10-noon, to help older people get to grips with technology.

The group, funded by Melton Council, Leicestershire County Council and Somerby Parish Council, also runs on a Monday, from 1-3pm.
