Course to help young people into work by boosting skills

TEENAGERS wanting to boost their job prospects are being encouraged to apply for places on a specially-designed course being run by the Melton Learning Hub.

The NCFE Level One Employability Skills Course offers a qualification in a vocational subject - beauty, cooking, construction, exercise, animal care and enterprise.

The course is for young people aged 16-18 not in education, employment or training. The deadline to apply for places is Monday, February 18. The course starts the next day. To apply call the Learning Hub on (01664) 564 957.
