Melton leisure centre's gym undergoes £150k upgrade
Gym users at Melton's Waterfield Leisure Centre are set to benefit from new, state-of-the-art equipment thanks to sports and leisure operator Everyone Active.
The gym is undergoing a £150,000 upgrade, receiving new cardiovascular and resistance machines from fitness equipment designer Technogym.
Waterfield contract manager Matthew Hopkin said: “We’re really excited to be getting this new equipment. The centre has been a big part of the community for years, and investments like this ensure it continues to meet the needs of our customers.
“Visitors to the gym will see their overall experience improve when they benefit from the industry’s latest technology.”
