There will be fireworks fun for all the family this week and these events are guaranteed to put a little sparkle in your life.

The Town Estate’s party will take place in Play Close on 
Friday night with a bonfire from 6pm, stalls, entertainment and fantastic fireworks display at 7.30pm. Entry is £2 per person.

Twinlakes will be staging its bonfire spectacular on 
Saturday, hosted by Dangerous Dave from Gem 106.

The 80ft bonfire will be lit at 6pm with the display, in 
association with Fire Magic and Pyro Musical, at 7.15pm.

There will be stalls and games, live music, entertainers and barbecue food. It’s a prebook event only - visit or call (01664) 567777.

Somerby Memorial Hall will be holding its display on Saturday at Stimson’s Field in Burrough Road, gates open 6.30pm, fireworks at 7.30pm.Hot food will be served and entrance is £3 adults and £1 children.

The Rutland Arms (Dirty Duck) at Woolsthorpe-by-Belvoir will be hosting a bonfire (7pm) and fireworks display (7.30pm) on Sunday. Admission is £4 adults and £2 for children. Hot food will be available and donations will be split between Grantham Hospice, Belvoir Cricket Club and Grantham Football Club.

Twyford’s Bon-Fire-Works Night will be held on Tuesday at the recreation ground with the bonfire lit at 7.30pm and fireworks at 7.45pm.

Entry is £4 adults and £2 children with barbecue food and drinks for sale. Please do not bring fireworks or even sparklers for insurance 

Thorpe Arnold Cricket Club’s bonfire party will also be held on November 5 with the bonfire at 7pm and fireworks display at 7.30pm.

Advance family tickets are £10 (two adults and up to three children) and individual tickets £3. They are on sale this Saturday and Sunday from the club from 9am to 1pm and on Tuesday from 9am to 4pm. It’s individual tickets only on the night at £5 each.
