Your chance to quiz top Melton police officials

Melton people will get their chance to quiz two of the highest ranking local police representatives tomorrow morning (Tuesday).

Leicestershire Police and Crime Commissioner Lord Willy Bach and the county force’s Deputy Chief Constable Roger Bannister will be available at a stand on High Street from 9.30am to 12 noon.

The event is part of a roadshow-style scheme called ‘What Matters to you?’.

A spokesperson for Leicestershire Police said: “This is an excellent opportunity for Melton people to speak to two of the key figures within Leicestershire Police about policing and community issues which matter to you, in an informal setting.”

The session is in High Street, and not Melton Cattle Market, as the force had previously advertised.
