Man indecently exposes himself to two young girls in Melton

TWO young girls were left shaken after a man indecently exposed himself to them in Melton.
The 12-year-olds were walking along Dalby Road and as they neared the junction with Warwick Road they noticed a blue car pull up beside them. The driver asked for directions before driving off.

He stopped again a few seconds down the road and spoke to the girls before indecently exposing himself to them.

He then drove off towards Great Dalby.

Police have just released details of the incident which happened between 2.50pm and 3.05pm on Thursday, August 28.

The driver is white, in his late 20s, fat, and with short brown hair which may have been slightly spiked up. He was wearing a t-shirt and jeans.

Pc Barney Gibbs, the investigating officer, said: “The girls have been left shaken by the incident and I am appealing for the public’s help to find the offender.
“I would like to hear from anyone who was in the Dalby Road area around the time of the incident and saw a man in a blue car fitting the description acting suspiciously. If you have any information which could assist with our enquiries please get in touch.”
