Cinderella pantomime entertains Stathern’s Dove Cottage hospice guests

Members of staff at Dove Cottage Day Hospice in Stathern performed in a pantomime to entertain its guests over the Christmas period.

‘Cinderella’ written by Karen Tandy, a complimentary therapist at the hospice was enjoyed by over 100 guests.

Volunteers and helpers dressed up in very funny silly outfits and delivered their lines seamlessly.

Amanda George, fundraising administrator for Dove Cottage said: “This was a great week to start off the Christmas festivities and all our guests were left with a smile on their faces after watching the production.”

Dove Cottage Day Hospice, in Stathern, offers day care to people living in north east Leicestershire and south east Nottinghamshire. Nearly 4,000 places are available each year for people with life-limiting conditions.
