Youngsters helped their teachers sell a variety of different books during a schoolastic book fair held at Whissendine CE Primary School.
The event held in December aimed to get pupils more interested reading by providing them with a wide selection of books to browse and buy.
A spokseperson for the school said: “We raised over £350 which meant that we could choose the same value of books for our library.
“The children have now got some amazing books to choose from, including the most up to date titles.
“This was all made possible by the generosity of our parents.”
