Plans to change old shop unit in Melton into restaurant and bar
Plans have been submitted to Melton Council to transform the empty former One Stop store in Burton Street into a new restaurant and bar.
Kirby Bellars man Eric Brown says his plans, if approved, would create three full-time and four part-time jobs.
The restaurant/bar is proposed to be open from 9am to midnight, Monday to Sunday.
Melton Council will decide the change of use planning application in due course.
