WEDNESDAY 6PM: Rutland and Melton MP Alan Duncan is set to be the first politician to enter a civil partnership tomorrow.
The shadow business secretary was the first openly gay Conservative MP and is celebrating the union with partner James Dunseath at a ceremony in London.

The couple's official photographer will be Melton Times' photographer Jim Harrison.
