Published Date:

TUESDAY 3.30PM
Melton's Clockwise Credit Union, in Market Place, has launched a new service to help people manage their finances better.
The ethical savings and loans cooperative is trying to educate those who might be tempted to turn to doorstep lenders.
It's found that many of these people need professional debt and financial help, so on Wednesdays between 10am and noon it is opening the branch to help them access that service.
There will be advice on debt and financial issues, the benefits 'maze', disability concerns, single parent issues, getting back to work, childcare, life skills, job seeking and training and practical support.
For more details call in to 4 Market Place or call (01664) 501762.
