Music is a popular subject at Long Field High School – as head of music Liz Christensen will testify, and when we announced our Musicmakers competition pupils fell over themselves to enter.
In all four different entries were submitted, reflecting the depth and breadth of musical talent to be found in the Melton school.
Next up were the Long Field Ladies – singers Ella Williams, Lucy Askew, Thalia Kelly and Alice Rossell - perform the Theme From Titanic accompanied by their head of music, and then the Theme From Friends, this time accompanied by Dom and Jasper.
