Real ales and good causes

RAISE a glass to Queniborough Beer Festival which returns to the village hall next Friday and Saturday (October 26 and 27).

There will be 17 real ales on tap plus traditional ciders.

The Friday night (7pm to midnight) is ‘pub night’ while Saturday afternoon is ‘family fun’ including children’s games from noon. Saturday night is ‘live acoustic must night’ with open mic from 5pm and Central Brass from 7pm.

Entry is £5 to include your glass and two half pint beer tokens. Proceeds to the village hall, British Heart Foundation and PROSTaid.
