MONDAY 2PM: Rainbows' Sing Along Christmas concert at Melton Theatre on Thursday (Nov 27) is certain to get you in the festive mood for the big lights switch-on in the town on Friday.
The concert will comprise a wonderful selection of traditional and modern festive music performed by the Lancaster Boys School (stars of BBC TV show The Choir – Boys Don't Sing), Rainbows Children's Hospice Staff Choir and many other local schools and groups. Tickets cost £10/£8.

Tickets are selling fast for Dick Whittington which starts its eight-day run on Saturday, December 6. Shows are nightly at 7pm (no performances Sunday) with additional 11am and 3pm matinees on the two Saturdays. It's Trevonne's 30th annual pantomime and promises to be a real celebration. Tickets cost from £6.

The last show of the year at Melton Theatre will be rock 'n' roll tribute show C'Mon Everybody on Friday, December 19, featuring the music of Eddie Cochran, Chuck Berry, Bill Haley, Brenda Lee, Duane Eddy, Jerry Lee Lewis, Connie Francis and Buddy Holly. All seats £14.
