ST Mary's Christmas Tree Festival and Sage Cross' Crib Festival were added attractions for townspeople and visitors to Melton's Victorian Christmas Fayre.
St Mary's was filled with more than 300 beautifully decorated trees by schools, clubs, businesses and organisations across the borough and it attracted thousands of visitors over the course of five days with a series of special events helping to boost church funds and the organ appeal.
They included a wine and buffet evening, a family service, carols around the trees with the choir, Songs of Praise with the Hathern Band and late night viewing.
More than 50 Nativity scenes made from every kind of material and from all around the world were displayed at Sage Cross Methodist Church with The Big Sing with John Duckworth taking place on Sunday at the end of the Victorian Fayre.
Proceeds went to the church's Building for the Future fund.
